ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY

Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of the best-selling book “The Biology of Belief,” began his scientific career as a cell biologist, and taught Anatomy at the 
University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine, and later performed pioneering studies at Stanford University’s School of Medicine.

While applying the principles of Quantum physics to the field of cellular 
biology, he focused on the mechanisms through which energy in the form of our beliefs can affect our biology, including our genetic code.

Dr. Bruce Lipton states, “A symptom is not generally the problem. A symptom is a reflection of a problem.”

Dr. Lipton writes, “Energy psychology is one of the most effective ways to rewrite the program.  It enables a rapid rewriting of our subconscious beliefs.  It actually puts our brain in the same state our brain was in when we were younger than 6, when our brain was in theta state.  Energy psychology puts the brain into that modality, and that’s where we can actually record over our past experiences and put in new beliefs.  And as soon as you do that, then you operate from the new beliefs and not the old ones.”

Before you can decorate your house with beautiful new furniture and wall coverings, you have to throw out the old clutter.  You can’t install the new over the old, because your space is filled up with your existing junk.  We ave to take out the old emotional baggage before attempting to redecorate.  We need to create space in our awareness for the new transformations we want to see in our lives.

Once you get both your conscious and subconscious mind aligned with the same purpose, you really can be the weight you want to be and live the life of your dreams.  So let’s all STOP THE DIETING INSANITY!  Let’s first clear out our old belief systems; stored in our subconscious mind, of why we need to or can’t lose  weight, and then our bodies will freely release the body fat it needs to, in  order to have the ideal body image we desire.
